Five Unobvious Reasons Why Do We Get Old

Every new wrinkle brings sadness to women. Some complain about genetics, others are trying to stop time by buying more and more new miracle remedies. But often this is not the case. What is really behind our wrinkles and how to slow down the aging process?

  1. Health problems

No salon procedures or advertised creams will help if we are negligent about our health. Any infectious or inflammatory diseases, bad habits - all is reflected in our skin. The first to be hit are the face, neck, decollete zone and hands. The body’s hormonal system is also directly related to our youth. From 30–35 years old onwards, we must monitor our levels of estrogen, the hormone of female youth. Get examined by an endocrinologist every six months to keep one’s hormonal levels under control.

  1. Lack of protein

Although at the age of 18–20 our body is so strong that it can compensate for an inadequate diet and process all the food that we consume, without this affecting our face, then closer to the age of 30 we are not be able to pull off such a trick. Every year we need more and more protein. Sugar should be reduced to a minimum. Do not forget about vitamins. Collagen also has a great effect on the body’s condition.

  1. Immobility

I would like to paraphrase the well-known expression: “All diseases come from nerves... and from the sofa.” Many of us spend the entire working day at the computer and evenings and weekends lying on the couch. As a result, during the day, our entire movement consists just of a limited number of steps: from the minibus to work, from the minibus to our entrance. If we do not move intensively for at least 40–50 minutes a day, we will experience poor circulation, which will accelerate the aging of the body with changes in posture and disruption of cell nutrition. A sedentary lifestyle is the shortest path to early wrinkles, folds, creases and sagging skin. We need to make a choice: do we want a healthy, beautiful body and a young face? If this is really the case, then we need to start moving. Most of the reasons we come up for neglecting this are lack of time, tiredness from work, stress with children - all these are just excuses. For 21 days in a row, do a little cardio exercise at home and this it will become a routine, a daily habit and the first step towards beauty and youth. 30 minutes spent jumping, running in place and doing squats will breathe a huge boost of energy into your body - once you start.

  1. Dental problems

Timely dental treatment and quality dental care will help us prolong our youth and it is not just about a snow-white smile, which, undoubtedly, is an adornment for everyone. As we age, our teeth wear down and the distances of the jaw area change and the tension of the skin and the functioning of the facial muscles are disrupted. An orthodontist can help you avoid this if you contact him in a timely manner.

  1. Poor posture

Poor posture also contributes to the formation of deep wrinkles. The facial muscles are directly connected to the muscles of the neck and chest. This means that disruption of the structure of the cervical and thoracic spine can lead to the accelerated appearance of wrinkles. The spasm also disrupts the nutrition of the skin and interferes with the outflow of lymph. The spine always requires special attention from us. But after 40 years it becomes a vital necessity. At this age, our main task is to preserve muscle tissue and gently stretch the spine. Please note that the weight loss exercises do not affect our posture. There is a separate set of simple exercises for this that everyone can do, regardless of physical fitness.
