Amazing secret for hair care: apple vinegar

Amazing secret for hair care: apple vinegar

Over the years the products of the chemical industry (silicone shampoos, conditioners, sprays and styling mousses) gather on our hairs and prevent them from breathing normally. Apple cider vinegar will help to remove this beauty product residue and deeply cleanse our curls and scalp.

Vinegar for hair growth

Using apple vinegar improves blood circulation and, as a result, speeds up hair growth. If you dream of a braid like Rapunzel, give yourself a scalp massage as often as possible and add apple vinegar to your hair care products.

Vinegar makes hair shine

If your hair seems lifeless, then it has a high pH balance. Apple cider vinegar will easily make lower this and your hair will have a shining glossy effect and smoothness.

Vinegar VS dandruff

Apple vinegar is often used as a household disinfectant. As it has an antibacterial and antiseptic effect, it can kill germs and bacteria. Moreover, vinegar normalises sebum production.

How to use vinegar?

Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water in equal amounts and, after shampooing, apply the mixture to your hair, leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse. Note, that, in order to obtain the desired effect, it is important to use a natural vinegar without any synthetic ingredients.

Nota Bene

It is important not to overexpose your hair to the vinegar; 2-3 minutes will be enough. However, if you find that your scalp and hair are not sensitive to vinegar, you can leave it on for a little longer.
