Anti-aging facial skin massage

The goals of this massage are to get rid of jowls and a double chin, bags under the eyes, age spots, and smooth out wrinkles.

  1. Cleanse the skin. Wash with a mild cleanser to remove impurities and prepare the skin for the massage.
  2. Use massage oil or cream. This will help reduce friction and improve the glide of your hands over the skin.
  3. Start with light stroking movements along the massage lines of the face. This will help relax the muscles and improve blood circulation.
  4. Move from the centre of the face to the periphery. This will help stimulate the outflow of lymph and reduce swelling.
  5. Pay special attention to the décolleté, jowls, and double chin. Use patting and kneading movements to stimulate the muscles and improve skin tone. To reduce swelling under the eyes, use light patting movements from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner.
  6. Do not rub the skin too hard. This can lead to stretching and deterioration of the skin.
  7. When working with the skin around the eyes, use special techniques to reduce swelling. For example, light circular movements along the lower eyelid.
  8. Finish the massage with light stroking. This will help soothe the skin and consolidate the effect of the procedure.
  9. To get rid of age spots, you can use special skin care products for age spots after the massage.
  10. To smooth out wrinkles, use techniques aimed at relaxing the facial muscles, and also use creams to stimulate the production of collagen, which helps restore skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles.

General recommendations

  1. To achieve the best effect, facial massage is recommended to be performed regularly, about 2-3 times a week.
  2. It is important to perform the massage correctly and carefully so as not to damage the skin. If you are unsure of your actions, it is better to consult a professional.
  3. In addition to massage, you can use special facial skin care products, such as masks, serums and creams. They will enhance the effect of the massage and help improve the condition of the skin.

Remember: we are able to preserve youth as long as possible!

How to start a family reading tradition: cozy evenings with books

It is a quiet evening outside. The room is warmly lit. A cup of fragrant tea is on the table, and in their hands, a book that is about to begin a new adventure.   The children sit close, holding their breath in anticipation of the story. This is not a scene from a movie, it could be your...

Our Children vs. The Danger of Fast Food

Fast food has undoubtedly become a new phenomenon in our nutritional system. This is, of course, a consequence of globalization, which has engulfed the entire world.   While American culture promotes the cult of a healthy body – slim, fit, and strong thanks to the abundance of food...
