Five main rules of good morning

Where to look for an outlet in our turbulent times? Of course, at home. And we, women, are the queens of this place, where even the walls heal!

If from the early morning we give our loved ones love, care, warmth, then all day long they will be under this dome, impenetrable to any difficulties in life. Let us share with you a few simple rules that will help to create a light and energetic atmosphere at home from the very morning.

  1. We create a good morning in the evening. Every woman should realise the fact that when we go to bed after twelve at night, we personally deal with our youth and beauty. The female hormones we need are produced if we fall asleep no later than 11:00 p.m. Constant lack of sleep leads to lethargy and irritability in the morning, skin problems and excess weight.
  2. We women are not just mothers and wives, but constant role models. Therefore, before you begin your regular morning routine, give ten minutes to yourself: a neat hairstyle, nourishing skin serum, stylish clothes, a couple of stretching exercises, self-massage. All family members, waking up and seeing such a mother, will try to emulate her. And most importantly, we ourselves will experience positive emotions. But it is very important for a woman to like herself.
  3. Let all family members make their beds. Immediately after waking up, by doing this simple task we set the right tone for our day. Yes, changing the world begins with a neatly made bed in the morning. Having completed this ritual, we, as it were, put a tick in our internal planner. So, one task is completed, you can proceed to the next.
  4. Learn to plan. For some families, the morning turns into a nightmare: screams of children and parents, turmoil and chaos all over the house. Scolding from adults leads to children becoming even more disorganized and irritated, because stress significantly slows down the thought process. This can be avoided if we learn to plan ourselves and explain to our children how to live in harmony with their time. Clothes ironed the night before, a backpack packed and a clear algorithm for all morning tasks will help you avoid unnecessary hassle.
  5. Try to simplify your morning and never complicate it. Do not put off all your business until this time of day. Let a clean kitchen and a cup of freshly brewed tea greet you after getting up; not a mountain of dirty dishes and crumbs on the table. Think in the evening about what to feed your household and make the necessary preparations. You can use the delayed start in the multicooker and then in the morning you will have hot porridge waiting for you. In order to save time, prepare dough for pancakes and cut slices for sandwiches the night before.

And most importantly, do not skimp on your feelings, be generous, declaring your love to your children, husband, and parents. Make it a rule to talk about your gratitude, tenderness and respect every morning. Believe me, these are not just words, they are the best shield from the cold and worries of our world.
